- What is the catalogue? Can I search for files other people uploaded?
When uploading a file, users have the option of marking it Public or Private. Public files are listed in the Catalogue and searchable by Premium users.
Since not everyone wishes to share the files they upload with everyone else, the option to make them Private and protected with a password exists even for unregistered users. This way RaviShare.com can be used to share files with anyone you choose to, as well as keep it for yourself as a backup or to download from anywhere in the world.
- What kind of files can be uploaded?
All kinds: from your party photos to an important document. The only restrictions are for pornography, nudity, sexual images and any kind offensive material, and, of course, copyrighted material.

- How to delete a file I uploaded?
To delete a file you uploaded you must use Delete Link that was provided to you after the upload proccess.
If you lost your removal code you can simply wait until the file expires so it will be automatically removed from our site.
- Can I hotlink the stuff I upload?
No. Hotlinking is not allowed on any kind of files uploaded to our servers. You can use RaviShare.com to host images, though - once you upload an image file you will be offered the code required to embed the thumbnail (200x150) directly in your website. Premium users can embed videos as well.
- What is the refund policy?
RaviShare.com provides up to 120-day money back guarantee for new account registrations. The clients receive a pro-rated refund of any fees paid for using the service for up to 120 days. Subscribers must direct all cancellation requests to RaviShare.com via the contact form and avoid loging to their accounts after the notification. Accessing a Premium account after the notification voids the cancellation request. In the event the client issues a chargeback or reversal of charges without first following the above cancellation procedure, the client will be responsible for a $50.00 billing service fee.
